The Boemisora Ecopark already had its uniqueness from the natural contour and separated functional areas that were connected by a main road. The Eco park itself had six main areas such as; Entrance with public parking, Agrotourism, Food & Beverage, Amphitheatre, Villa, and Campsite area.

The challenges in this project was to adjust and placed those different function into selected areas while preserving not only the natural contour as much as possible but also the existing trees
