Cipete house was built for a young family with two kids. The brief was very clear; modern, simple, clean-cut shape, functional, open layout living room, and easy maintenance. The client already prepared a mood board with box shape modern house so the collaborations between us were wentwell and smooth.

The first floor was arranged as public and service area while the second floor will be private area. We also provide gym, mini theatre, and study room with nice view to the swimming pool to give not only a relaxing vibe but also to inspire. All of the materials were local and carefully selected to meet the client's desire.
