The brief from the client was to renovate his production house; enhance the facade and redesign the function of each floor. The first floor will be used as meeting room and co-working area, the second floor as function room, and the third floor as a private cinema.

Adding the cinema at the top of the building generate a massive wall of facade. We decided to expose the bricks for thus façade to represent humbleness of the company. The interior was a combination of wood, terrazzo, and exposed concrete to enhance the natural touch of this headquarter.
